Our process is simple.
When you’re ready to start your journey to better hearing, we’re here to help, give us a call. You’ll speak directly with, Jason Orlak, who for more than 20 years has helped Pennsylvanians hear more clearly and enjoy life more fully.
- Step One - Give us a call. When you call your hearing consultant, Jason Orlak, will verify your insurance coverage network and answer any questions you might have about your In-Network benefits, pricing, products, and the journey to better hearing.
- Step Two – HearFirst is your provider. We’ll schedule an appointment for your initial Hearing exam.
- Step Three – The Mobile appointment. Your provider will conduct a thorough hearing exam and discuss the results with you. If hearing aids are recommended, they can answer your questions and advise you on the best technology level and style for your specific hearing loss profile.
- Step Four– Ordering new hearing aids. Your provider will take care of ordering your selected hearing aids. You’ll save $3,400.00 per pair versus retail price. Your provider network will even handle the insurance claim submission on your behalf. It's just that easy!
- Step Five– Fit and fine tune your hearing aids. A few days later your provider will deliver your hearing aids to your home to program and adjust them to your unique hearing needs and ensure you understand how to use and care for your new hearing aids.
- Step Six - Getting help when you need it. As you connect with sounds of life, your benefit is there to help. You get unlimited visits with your provider for fitting and adjustments, and ongoing education and support.
